Shipping policy
You must be 21 years or older in order to place orders. An adult signature is required upon delivery of all alcohol products.
Each state regulates sake shipping independently and many states do not allow residents to have sake shipped directly to them. In addition, most state laws also include volume restrictions. Please check the name of the states listed on the product page where we can ship our alcohol products. Non-alcoholic gift items we can ship to all states. Takara's shipping charges are based on standard rates available through UPS. Orders for sake products generally arrive within 5 to 10 business days. UPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends or holidays.
*we cannot ship sake to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses, nor to outside of the United States.
The law requires to obtain an "Adult Signature" for all alcohol products at the time of delivery. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age, and also that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years of age. Please provide the identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old to our carrier, at the time of delivery.
