Sho Chiku Bai REI Junmai DaiGinjo Nigori presents a lightly cloudy appearance and a delicate, finely textured mouthfeel. The complex nose reveals enticing aromas of tangerine, pineapple, white and yellow flowers, sweet cream, melon and mint. These aromas are reflected on the palate, along with notes of caramel, cantaloupe, Sichuan pepper, white mushroom, and salt. A soft, subtle sweetness ties everything together beautifully.

Serving Suggestion: Chilled to 45-55°F and shake well before serving.

Food Pairing Suggestions: The subtle sweetness, lightly creamy mouthfeel and fruit-forward character harmonizes with a variety of foods, including:

Seafood with a natural sweetness, such as shrimp, scallops, yellowtail,
soft shell crab, lightly seared tuna, and grilled octopus, squid or eel
Mildly savory fare such as white mold cheeses (Camembert, Brie), fresh
tofu, and grilled mushrooms
Chicken dishes, including teriyaki, karaage, and yakitori
